Business Development for Women: Expand Your Influence Repertoire
This program is designed for senior women associates or junior partners. Using experiential and action-centered learning, participants in this workshop will develop skills in building, developing and maintaining business relationship and influencing skills, raising both internal confidence and inner competence that allows a personal shift in how they see themselves. This program is designed as a half-day or full-day workshop, ideally offered during an offsite retreat, and includes 3 individual coaching sessions for each participant.
Developing the Next Generation of Leaders
This program is geared toward senior associates and junior partners, and provides attendees with clarity on the importance of becoming a leader in a law firm, and how they can maximize their leadership potential. We are happy to offer this program standalone or combined with a series of 3-6 individual coaching sessions as follow up.
Developing Your Leadership Profile – for new and upcoming leaders
This program guides new leaders and potential leader candidates to a better understanding of the leadership role that they will take on in the coming years as they move towards partnership, and how they can best prepare for their future roles as junior partners and leaders. Included will be creation of leadership vision, assessments to enhance self-awareness, and 3 coaching sessions to help cement the learning.
Leadership Development for Nominated Leaders
This program’s content and scenarios are designed to meet the needs of partners who are nominated to lead client teams, practice groups, offices or who are within firm management. Over the course of 12 months, participants engage in group learning modules, collaboration, and one-on-one coaching (in person and over the telephone). Each of the 4 Modules is separated by a period of 2 months where a 1-1 coaching session is included each month:
Session 1: Building the Foundation: Fundamentals in Law Firm Leadership and the Link to Profitability
Session 2: Raising Self Awareness and Playing to your Strengths: Designing Leadership Style, Earning Trust & Political Capital
Session 3: Leading & Managing Teams: Consensus Building, Conflict Management, Difficult Conversations, Giving-Receiving Feedback
Session 4: Leading and Managing Change.
The program concludes with an in-person wrap up and final debrief to discuss reflections and learning with the goal of fostering ongoing learning and development as leaders move forward. Some of the methods employed in this program include:
